Zesty Coleslaw Dressing

Yields approximately 2 cups

¾ cup mayonnaise (or see recipe: Quick ‘N’ Easy Homemade Mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

¼ cup yellow mustard

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Pour dressing over favorite cabbage mixture or see recipe: Zesty Coleslaw.
