Simple Sesame Vinaigrette

 

Yields approximately 1 cup

¾ cup sesame oil

½ cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame paste

1 tablespoon miso (fermented soybean paste)

1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (Tamari)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger

1 clove garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Pour dressing over favorite salad.
