Lemon-Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

Yields approximately 1 cup

2 sticks unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add garlic, chives, and parsley. Stir constantly for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
