Honey-Mustard BBQ Sauce

 

Yields approximately 2 cups

½ cup Dijon mustard

¼ cup yellow mustard

¾ cup honey

½ cup white wine vinegar

6 tablespoons brown sugar

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

  1. In a non-reactive saucepan, combine Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, vinegar, and sugar. Simmer over low heat, whisking frequently, until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens, approximately 6-8 minutes.  
  2. Remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
