Beer Mop

Yields approximately 2½ cups

1 (12-ounce) bottle dark beer

½ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup apple juice

¼ cup olive oil

½ medium yellow onion (finely chopped)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 10 minutes.
