Fresh Whipped Cream

Yields approximately 4 cups

2 cups heavy cream

¼ cup confectioners’ sugar (sifted)

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1. In a chilled bowl placed over ice, whip heavy cream with an electric mixer until slightly thickened. Gradually whisk in confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Beat until thick and fluffy.
