Toasted Marshmallows on a Stick

Serves 12

2 dozen store-bought marshmallows (or see recipe: Homemade Marshmallows under CANDIES)

12 skewers  

1. Thread 2 marshmallows onto each skewer. (Note: If using wooden skewers, soak in cold water for 1 hour prior to use).
2. Hold skewered marshmallows over hot grill grate until marshmallows are toasted golden brown and melted on the insides. Serve immediately.
