S’mores

Serves 6

6 graham crackers (halved)

6 jumbo store-bought marshmallows (or see recipe: Homemade Marshmallows under CANDIES)

3 (1.55-ounce) milk chocolate bars (halved)

6 skewers

  1. Arrange 6 graham cracker halves on a large plate. Cover each with ½ a chocolate bar.
  2. Thread a marshmallow onto each skewer. (Note: If using wooden skewers, soak in cold water for 1 hour prior to use). Hold skewered marshmallows over hot grill grate until marshmallows are toasted golden brown and melted on the insides.
  3. Slide toasted marshmallows off of skewers and onto chocolate bars. Top with remaining graham cracker halves. The heat from the marshmallows will melt the chocolate. Serve immediately.
