Citrus Fruit Salad

Serves 18-20

2 cups navel orange segments  

2 cups blood orange segments

2 cups tangerine segments

2 cups tangelo segments

2 cups ruby red grapefruit segments 

1 (15-ounce) can mandarin orange segments (drained)

1 cup kumquats (cut in half, lengthwise)

2 cups strawberries (hulled and quartered)

1 cup red grapes (cut in half, lengthwise)

1 cup green grapes (cut in half, lengthwise)

1 cup Concord grapes (cut in half, lengthwise)

1¾ cups sweetened dried cranberries

1 cup coarsely chopped mint leaves

 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss well.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
