Sweet Sangria Popsicles

Serves 6 (or more depending on the size of the frozen pop molds)

2½ cups Spanish dry red wine

½ cup cognac

2 cups apple nectar 

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

½ cup extra fine granulated sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup finely chopped red grapes 

 

  1. In a container, combine all ingredients. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour mixture into each compartment of the frozen pop molds. Freeze until solid.
  3. To loosen popsicles from the molds, dip the molds in hot water for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
