Raspberry Shake

Serves 6

2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2 cups raspberry frozen yogurt

2 cups whole milk

1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Mint sprigs (for garnish)

 

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients (except for mint and raspberries designated for garnish). Process until smooth.
  2. Serve in chilled glasses. If desired, garnish each glass with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
