Hawaiian Rainbow Shaved Ice

Serves 12

12 cups crushed ice

¾ cup cherry syrup (recommended: Torani)

¾ cup pineapple syrup (recommended: Torani)

¾ cup blueberry syrup (recommended: Torani)

 

  1. Place crushed ice, in batches, into a food processor, and pulverize ice until finely shaved.
  2. Scoop shaved ice into snow cone cups. Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of each syrup over shaved ice (flavor one end of snow cone with cherry syrup, flavor middle of snow cone with pineapple syrup, and flavor other end of snow cone with blueberry syrup), creating a tri-colored rainbow design. Serve immediately.
