Banana Creamsicles

Serves 6 (or more depending on the size of the frozen pop molds)

3-4 large bananas

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup vanilla yogurt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until completely smooth.
2. Pour mixture into each compartment of the frozen pop molds. Freeze until solid.
3. To loosen creamsicles from the molds, dip the molds in hot water for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
