Chocolate Frosting

Yields frosting for 1 bundt cake

3 cups confectioners’ sugar (sifted)

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)

6 tablespoons half-and-half

1 stick butter (at room temperature)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Combine sifted confectioners’ sugar, sifted cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat butter using an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Add half-and-half and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
