Piña Colada Spritzer

Serves 6

6 cups seltzer

1¾ cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup pineapple syrup (recommended: Torani)

¼ cup coconut syrup (recommended: Torani)

Pineapple wedges (for garnish)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Sweetened shredded coconut (for garnish)

Ice Cubes

1. Combine pineapple chunks, pineapple syrup, coconut syrup, and seltzer in a pitcher.
2. Pour over ice. If desired, garnish each glass with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
