Pink Lemonade

Serves 4

1½ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 cups water

1 cup crushed ice

¼ cup blood orange juice

½ cup superfine granulated sugar

3 tablespoons maraschino syrup

Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Ice cubes

  1. In a blender, combine lemon juice, water, crushed ice, blood orange juice, sugar, and maraschino syrup. Blend until the smooth. Pour into a pitcher.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour over ice. If desired, garnish each serving glass with a wedge of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
