Iced Mocha

Serves 4

4 cups strong coffee (hot)

4 tablespoons chocolate syrup

2 cups crushed ice

¼ cup half and half

¾ cup superfine granulated sugar 

Whipped cream topping (optional)

  1. Add chocolate syrup to coffee and stir until syrup is completely melted. Allow to cool completely - refrigerate until chilled.
  2. In a blender, combine coffee and syrup mixture with all other ingredients (except for whipped cream) and process until smooth. 
  3. Serve immediately. If desired, add whipped cream topping.
