Cinnamon Iced Mocha

Serves 4

4 cups strong coffee (hot)

4 tablespoons chocolate syrup

2 cups crushed ice

¼ cup half and half

¾ cup superfine granulated sugar 

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Whipped cream topping (optional)

4 cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

  1. Add chocolate syrup to coffee and stir until syrup is completely melted. Allow to cool completely - refrigerate until chilled.
  2. In a blender, combine coffee and syrup mixture with all other ingredients (except for whipped cream and cinnamon sticks) and process until smooth. 
  3. Serve immediately. If desired, add whipped cream topping, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and garnish each drink with a cinnamon stick.
