Fresh Salsa 

Serves 6-8

8 ripe tomatoes (diced)  

Juice of 2 limes

¾ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 medium yellow onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced) 

2 fresh green chili peppers (stems, seeds, and membranes removed - diced)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

1 (16-ounce) bag tortilla chips

 

  1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, and chilies. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
